Visiting the website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the service, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser information and security signals. The intended legal basis is the operator's legitimate interest in providing and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare's role, log retention and any transfers outside the European Economic Area still need verification.
Bag and formulation requests
If you add items to the bag, the site stores your selected compounds, quantities and requested concentrations in your browser's local storage under kaevir-bag-v2. This lets the bag persist on that device until you remove its items or clear this website's stored data in your browser. Bag contents are not sent to KAEVIR unless you submit the priority-list form. This storage is used to provide the bag function you request under ยง 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG.
Priority list
If you choose to join the priority list, KAEVIR receives the email address and the compounds, quantities and concentrations shown on the form. The form also records when you agreed to receive one email announcing availability for those requests, and a reference number for your submission. This is an expression of interest, not an order or reservation. No payment details are collected.
The information is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV so KAEVIR can review demand and send the requested availability notice. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Records expire automatically 180 days after submission or replacement by a later request from the same email address. A short-lived technical limit on repeat submissions is retained for about one minute.
A separate, optional checkbox lets you also consent to occasional KAEVIR laboratory research product updates and offers by email. If selected, we record that choice, its wording version and the time alongside your request. This is a separate consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; joining the priority list does not require it. We do not currently send automated marketing email. Before any marketing message is sent, the address and consent must be verified and an unsubscribe method provided. Your record expires after 180 days, including this optional preference.
You can withdraw either email consent and ask for deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] from the same address you submitted. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing before the withdrawal. The form does not send an immediate confirmation email, so do not enter someone else's address.
Cookies and analytics
KAEVIR has not added analytics or marketing cookies to this website. If those tools are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before they are enabled.
Optional browser tools
Some supported browsers can expose KAEVIR catalog tools. If you choose to use such a tool, it may read or change the bag stored on your device and show its contents to that browser feature. The website does not invoke these tools on its own.

The Research page links to an external MedRX website. Following the link takes you to that provider's service; its privacy information then applies. KAEVIR does not embed MedRX content on this website.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
